Perfection

We spend our whole lives searching for perfection.

Perfect shoes.

Perfect clothes.

Perfect hair.

Perfect car.

Perfect nails.

Perfect make-up.

And my favorite the perfect guy or girl. 

But what is perfection? Perfection is what you want it to be. It means whatever you want it to mean. So when someone told you that nothing is perfect, they lied. Because if it's perfect to you, then that's all that matters.

We spend all this time trying to please others because everyone wants to satisfy someone. I say, if you satisfy yourself that's all that counts. Be happy with yourself even if others don't agree.

Perfection is imperfection. Always remember that beauty lies in the eye of the beholder. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Vampires, Werewolves, Oh! And Shadowhunters too!

Being it's my first post and all, I'd like to take the time to introduce myself. I'd like to call myself a "Book Guru," but the truth is that I haven't read every single book out there. I have read a lot though. And I like reading paranormal romances, teen fiction, and murder mysteries. I also write short stories myself, sometimes poetry, but mainly free verse. I find it rather difficult to make poems rhyme. 

So far one of my favorite series is The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare. And now the word on the street is that there will be a TMI movie! Which I am so excited for! Ah! Can't wait!
